Job Description:/h3:
PURPOSE
The recruiting team works on the front lines of Veritys companys growth. No matter how strong our vision is, we cant achieve it without having the right talents working for us. The Recruiter plays a critical role in bringing in these right talents to Verity in a timely fashion while safeguarding our high:level of candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES (not all inclusive)
:Source, screen and present candidates for all open positions
:Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs in the context of strategic priorities and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent
:Drive hiring results through attracting active and passive candidates through various of recruiting resources, such as social media, job boards, employee referral program and cold:calling
:Manage expectation of candidates and hiring managers seamlessly
:Support the hiring manager in salary negotiation
:Engage with candidate experience and ensure a seamless recruiting/hiring process from sourcing through offer and onboarding
:Understand and remain abreast of recruiting and marketing trends; build and maintain strong connections in the local communities
:Contribute to the
development/refinement of employment branding strategy
:Proactively build, maintain and share talent pipelines
:Track, report and analyze progress against recruiting activities, benchmarks, and initiatives
:Lead and mentor recruiting coordinator and sourcer to achieve optimal team result
:Assist with other recruiting and/or HR initiatives as needed
:Contributes to new ideas or ways of improving effectiveness and efficiency of Veritys recruitment process

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
:Bachelors degree in Business or related field
:3 or more years of recruitment experience, preferably in a hospital, healthcare setting and/or staffing agency
:Highly proficient with search engines and career websites and experience with applicant tracking systems.
:Strong working knowledge of MS Office products
:Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, oral and written communication skills.
:Able to work independently, good work ethic, high energy, enjoys working in an open team environment, professional demeanor and communication skills
:Capable of effectively communicating with all levels of associates and management:level personnel, including executives
:Strong background in sourcing of candidates and behavioral interviewing.

LOCATION: The position can be based out of Northern California or Southern California.
