Clementine Bakery & Cafe is looking for a reliable, motivated and dedicated person who would like the opportunity to work at a fast-paced and growing company. Clementine is committed to serving fresh, homemade seasonal food. We prepare all of our baked goods from scratch and take pride in the quality of our product. We run a brisk business that includes dine-in, take-out, catering, and retail.

This is an EARLY MORNING shift [2:30am-11:00am, including Saturdays] which requires a responsible and reliable person with high energy who thrives on working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Applicants MUST have at least a year of prior baking experience. Bilingual [English/Spanish] is a plus.

Responsibilities include baking of product, production of various sweet and savory items from scratch, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Ideal candidate can read and follow recipes, knows basic pastry techniques, experience with custards and pastry creams, experience working with yeast doughs is preferred, can assemble cakes and do simple decorating. We are looking for someone who is focused on the task at hand, but can be flexible enough to adjust their pace and schedule to accommodate sudden needs or last-minute changes.
