Perform all duties as the Purchasing Card Program Administrator for assigned pcard program. Process new card applications, train cardholders and approvers on procedures and program processes, evaluate/research requests for limit increases; monitor/report program metrics; Support internal requests for transactional documentation to support audit requirements. Provide backup as required for the other domestic/international pcard program administrators. Assist with the maintenance of program procedural documentation, forms, etc. Maintain ongoing communications with new and existing cardholder/approver community. Conduct purchasing card monthly/quarterly self-audits per procedure. Assist with domestic program audits as required. Document self-audit findings and recommendations and perform follow-up with cardholders and approvers as required. Support all card program projects and initiatives, system upgrades, training and testing as required.

Learn existing purchasing card processes and support the maintenance, standardization, utilization, and activation of various purchasing card program tools/systems and support process improvement initiatives. Provide transaction reconciliation support and problem resolution for all card programs as required (individual cards, ghost cards, virtual cards). Support and perform XiBuy (pcard reconciliation tool embedded in SAP), eCatalog transaction reconciliation. Provide eCatalog reconciliation and supplier issue support and resolution training to Pcard program leads as needed. Assist card program training documentation creation, edits and updates as required. Support all purchasing card internal and external audit initiatives. Provide XiBuy Help desk support to cardholders and approvers.

Supports a team-based material organization. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including materials planning, total quality management, procurement, supplier quality assurance, finance, materials systems, customer service, etc. The incumbents may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal customers and suppliers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of the material function.

Position is for work in El Segundo, CA at the Continental building in office 3 days a week, T/W/R. Potential Telework available on Mondays and working Fridays on a 9/80 schedule after training period.
