** Posted rates apply for sessions being confirmed at least 48 hours in advance - NOT A WALK-IN STUDIO.
** Short-notice rates and policies apply for sessions being confirmed less than 48 hours in advance.
** NEW CLIENT FIRST-TIME BOOKING takes 5-7 days and requires payment in advance before confirmation of first session.

SERVICES AND RATES:
** Hourly Recording/Mixing Sessions: $35/hour (includes engineer)
** Full Day Block Sessions: $250/8 hours (includes engineer; available for tracking or split tracking/mixing only)
** Extended lockout blocks available; email email@example.com for information/quote
** Music Production and Arranging: $50/hour or by full project quote
** Audio Mastering: $50/hour or $50/single song
** Private Instruction in Audio Engineering: $40/hr (2-hour minimum per session)
** Listening Session: $25 (45min in-studio facilities tour, engineer meeting, and project planning)
