Digital Marketing Specialist

Purpose of Job
Manage the website and digital marketing programs to provide superior online customer
experience and increase Web business. Plan, execute, and measure success of Web initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and work with management to develop plans to drive traffic to
the company website.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide direction for the development and maintenance of company website content and
design, ensuring best practices are followed. Partner with the IT department and provide
guidance on the content and design of the company website, with primary responsibility
for oversight of aesthetic changes to the website. May directly make some changes and
updates to the company website.
* Research, select and post articles and representative property photos on company social
media accounts. Link to company website as appropriate. Write and post articles for
company blog. Conceptualize, recommend, and execute paid social media campaigns.
Design advertisements and post content for paid social media campaigns.
* Proactively monitor, manage and execute campaigns to deliver continually improving
results. Create written analysis of campaign performance, with recommendations based
on analysis.
* Review company website analytics and recommend ways to optimize through keywords
and meta:tags. Execute on recommendations and report on search engine optimization
(SEO) efforts monthly.
* Research and recommend paid key:terms to increase company website traffic. Execute on
plan, report on results and recommend new inbound marketing strategies through paid
search options.
* Responsibilities include the layout design and modification to accommodate listing
specifications and branding objectives, coordination of content, editing and proofing.
* May do marketing on special corporate task forces relating to Internet and Intranet
strategies, functionally utilization and branding issues.
* Provide advertising and other creative consultation support. Develop, coordinate,
schedule and review the various broadcast, Internet, newspaper, magazine, and
development and seminar advertisements. Supply ad calendar and ad copies to agents and
clients.
* Provide marketing technical support, including: Assist agents with computer equipment
and software operation and training as necessary; load software on agent and office
computers; schedule checkout of digital camera and laptop.
* Prepare memos and news releases; maintain databases; produce reports; assist with
special projects; may serve as a backup to other department staff.
* Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company
information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety
practices in all activities.
Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelors degree in marketing, communications; or equivalent work experience.
* Experience:
* Two years of related experience in a marketing or advertising position, which emphasis
in sales and marketing program support.
* Experience creating copy/ content, writing and managing Social Media platforms,
