Real Estate Office Manager

3 years experience office management or administrative preferred
Background in real estate preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to multi:task with a patient positive attitude
Ability to work in a busy, fast:paced environment
Good telephone skills compatible with a professional office
Our agents are our customers, all staff must be ever mindful of top notch customer service
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Duties (not limited to):
Filing and organizing transactions
Maintaining and ordering office supplies
Liaison between our three offices and vendors
Backup telephone support
Equipment trouble shooting
Agent assistance as needed

OVERVIEW:
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices e is looking for an experienced Real Estate professional to serve as an Internal Team Leader and work directly with our general manager and managing broker. We are a reputable, established and successful team that continues to grow each year. If you are looking to take your real estate career to the next level, this unique opportunity is right for you.
As Office Manager, you will supervise existing staff in the daily processing and closing of transactions, as well as be the backup as needed. You will be the lead problem solver/go to person and be the lead communication between Top Producing Agent and Operations. This is NOT an entry level position and provides opportunity and growth within the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a leader, able to manage day:to:day business operations in a high producing real estate office. Organized, dedicated to producing quality results, a positive person, a good communicator :: both written and verbal :: with a team player attitude. Loves the fast pace of a very successful Real Estate team (over 500 transactions a year). This is NOT an entry level position : Working knowledge of real estate is required.
In general:
:Previous experience successfully managing real estate admin staff. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and enjoy being in that role.
:Knowledgeable about contracts, disclosures, transaction management.
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES:
:Maintain a California Real Estate License. Active California real estate license is preferred. Otherwise, must be willing to promptly become licensed in California.
:Detailed knowledge of the full cycle of real estate listings and transactions from lead generation to close is needed.
:Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
:Maturity and versatility in handling various situations and personality styles.
:Able to change directions quickly and enjoy a fast paced environment.
:Stellar problem solving skills and able to make quick decisions.
:Initiator with a Get it done, take care of it attitude and able to anticipate what is needed before being needing to be asked.
:Commitment to go the extra mile and profile extraordinary customer service.
:Tech Savvy and up to date on current systems used in the industry, for example, MS Office Suite, Database management, MLS System, etc.
:Business acumen to understand the intricacies of the behind the scenes operations and what is needed to keep the office running smoothly. Marketing experience also a plus.
Position is full:time. Salary commensurate with experience and background.
