I have need of an assistant in my real estate management company. We are a family owned business and the ideal candidate would be capable or could become capable in quick books and have a real estate license. The job would entail entering checks ,showing and advertising property ,coordinating maintenance personal, preparing tenant notices and bookkeeping for the real:estate company.
