Job Description:/h3:
Our company develops and manages multiple properties around Los Angeles with a focus on multi:family housing.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper that focuses on detail and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Full Charge Bookkeeper : 5+ Years Experience
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Enter Accounts Receivable and Payable transactions.
* Code transactions accurately
* Perform GL analysis and post adjustments as needed
* Setup of accounts, customers and vendors :: chart of accounts
* Reconciliation of multiple Bank Accounts and Credit Card statements
* Produce monthly statements and other special reports when requested.
* Setup and manage automatic entries in QuickBooks.
* Manage electronic Banking for multiple Entities
* Manage monthly Financial Reporting, Rent Roll, CAM charges, Vacancy reports, etc.
* Assist with policy and procedures to prepare company for growth
Qualified applicants should possess the following:
* 5+years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
* Detail:oriented and able to perform the tasks assigned in an orderly and timely manner
* Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks
* Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
* Associates Degree : required
* Bachelors Degree : helpful not required
* Availability within traditional work day hours ( 9am : 6pm)

Starting Compensation: 18 : 20 per hour. Forward resume and cover letter.
