Job Description: Very busy Real Estate office is looking for a Marketing Assistant who will: -Search for properties online on various platforms like: MLS, Costar, Loopnet. -Send Farming advertisement to homeowners every 2 weeks, and follow up with leads. -Update all online accounts with 'Just Sold' or 'Just Listed' properties (Google, Zillow, Facebook..) -Learn to analyze property value for investors. -Communicate with clients by email and phone. -Schedule appointments/showings. -Organize, track and analyze company expenses. -Create and maintain profit and loss spreadsheet. -Tenant screening for rental properties. -Position base pay is $11.00/hour, with commission opportunities available. -Full time position available immediately. **Please text or email me your full name and resume to schedule a phone interview, please do not call directly due to hectic schedule.**

Job Requirements: -Fluent in English (written and oral) -Ability to multitask efficiently -Strong computer skills (excel, word, etc) -Strong communication skills -Detail oriented and organized -Comfortable over the phone -Experience is not required, but you must be a quick learner.
