Real Estate Asset Manger
Job Description
This is a multi:task position consisting primarily of supporting the firms rental portfolio objectives (80 Multi:family, with some Office and Retail) and the third:party Property Managers in the following capacities:
Managing the financial and operational aspects of rental operations
Reaching revenue and NOI targets
Overseeing rental operations for product types: Multi:family, retail and office
Overseeing marketing and leasing activities
Coordination with Accounting to measure and evaluate monthly benchmarks
Contribution to acquisition, financing and selling transactions
Conduct site visits to evaluate property condition and operations
Prepare asset management reports on a regular and consistent basis

Qualifications
This is a mid to high:level position, with the expectation that the applicant will have three to five years of experience in a similar position, minimum. A successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Minimum of 3:5 years of experience in a similar capacity, required
A college degree, preferred
Computer literacy is important : Word and Excel a must, Yardi is helpful
High energy and a strong work ethic
Entrepreneurial spirit; committed to the companys overall success
Professional attitude and high level of integrity

Training
The successful candidate will bring prior working experience to the job in a manner sufficient to enhance the companys overall rental operations and marketing. The company will support any outside training programs to augment the candidates knowledge.

Compensation
Compensation will be base salary plus performance bonus.
