Job Description Primary Duties and Responsibilities · Assist Broker/Agents in managing real estate transactions from offer through closing Coordinating Listings, paperwork/disclosures, scheduling, client care tracking, wiring and follow-up on offers submitted Verifying completeness of documents received for correct signatures and dates. Providing Broker (barred in CA and NY) with support and assistance as needed. Skills and Experience · Knowledge of the real estate transaction process, from open to close Experience in Real Estate and/or Transaction Coordination Experienced in closing 5+ transactions on a monthly basis Must possess excellent written and oral grammar and writing ability Responds well to stress and keep calm in all situations Reliable and dependable with the motivation to provide excellent customer service You understand the urgency involved and the importance of clear and continuous communication with all parties involved in the deal You pay attention to the smallest detail and can juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused and keeping a smile on your face. Required experience · At least 2 years’ experience working with CAR forms/ Zipforms and Docusign · At least 2 years’ experience working in MLS · Real Estate License a plus+ · Skilled in MS Office Suite Listed above are the Essential Functions of this job classification. Company Description Boutique real estate brokerage looking for a Broker’s Assistant / Transaction Coordinator with a positive attitude and a passion for real estate. The focus of this permanent, full-time position is to facilitate transaction completion. Tasks include coordinating with all parties of the transaction, including: internal team, external brokers, sellers, lenders, title and escrow officers, third party vendors, insurance agents, inspectors and others. This person will support and work directly with the broker of record at Hancock Homes Realty. You must have a clear understanding of the real estate transaction process, CAR forms and the basics of real estate contracts. Candidates must be extraordinarily organized, excellent communicators (written and verbal), and able to work as part of a team. Multi-tasking and self-directed task prioritization are part and parcel to the job. An active CA Real Estate License is a plus.
