Located in Hollywood, The Post Group Production Suites rents turn key offices to an array of clientele. Office space rental is our core business and we pride ourselves on providing outstanding client service to all our tenants.
We are looking for a Receptionist/Client Service Coordinator to join our small team. The position requires someone who has experience in customer service, has an eye for detail, and is adept at time management. Also someone who is extremely organized, efficient, and who is a team player while also being able to work independently. This is an important position that will interact daily with our clients, staff and management. The ideal candidate will be someone who deals well under pressure and be able to work with an operations manager who expects outstanding performance and results from her staff.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
· Answering all incoming calls
· Greeting clients
· Tracking and overseeing office space availability
· Managing most client requests / problems
· Coordinating office set-ups and client move-ins
· Managing mail
· Stocking and overseeing kitchens throughout our facilities
· Tracking inventory of supplies
· Running general errands, plus making daily runs to our
· Managing the company’s social media
· 1+ year administrative and/or customer service experience
· High school diploma; college a plus
· Strong computer skills, including intermediate-to-advanced
· Strong writing, spelling, grammar, proofreading skills.
· Advanced communication skills along with outstanding
· Able to multi-task and function under pressure and
· Able to lift and carry materials (up to 20 lbs).
