The Senior Client Services Coordinator will provide exceptional internal sales support to assigned Brokers and an assigned Broker team and their clients, through efficient and high quality administrative and general support services. Administrative services include: presentation support; listing preparation; transaction administration; gathering market knowledge through various internal resources and external resources, and coordinating promotional and post sales marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:

Proposals and Presentations
:Coordinate and support brokers in creating and preparing content for listing
pitches/presentations and proposals.
:Assist on drafting content, creating and gathering maps,coordinating surveys and other applicable market intelligence and marketing support.

Market Knowledge
:Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables or availabilities).
:Liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data.
:Coordinate production of market reports with research.

Marketing Support
:Coordinate and execute production of marketing collateral, partnering with marketing as needed.
:Lead electronic and social media initiatives for Broker(s) and listings.
:Create tour packages for brokers; liaise with Brokers in coordinating tours.
:Coordinate marketing campaigns/plans as it relates to Broker(s) listings (draft content, schedule email blasts, mailers, and broker events).
:Initiate and maintain property listings on various websites; update Brokers transactions on applicable websites.
:Maintain records of correspondence, complete marketing update reports and client activity reports, where required.
:Manage and organize Broker receptions.

Transaction Administration
:Prepare and facilitate changes of legal documents; update documents as required, and participate in the due diligence process when applicable.
:Support broker in
processing/auditing of Trade Record Sheets.
:Enter required data into centralized database, etc.

General Administration

:Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation.
:Provide general office and administrative support, such as file management, expense reporting, invoicing and travel arrangements.
:Support Broker(s) database management requirements, including information pertaining to clients, key contacts, and/or prospects.
:Schedule meetings, appointments, travel plans.
:Troubleshoot electronic equipment difficulties and contact appropriate technical support when needed.
:Provide other office support as required, including covering reception desk and answering phones as needed.
