About the Job

Real Estate Company is seeking Telemarketers/Closer/finance/Telemarketing/Appointment Setters/Customer Service/ . Previous experience is not required, but definitely a plus, specially if you have financing/closing experience and you are a Real Estate enthusiastic always updating yourself with the market. Applicants must be digitally/technologically sound, able to communicate with customers through e-mail and different marketing platforms, ability to multi-task, and able to perform other tasks out of the job description if needed.

We are looking for a motivated individual to increase operations and gross profit and to promote the continued growth of the company. Someone that is customer oriented and sales driven with a consistent follow-up routine. We offer excellent competitive environment to grow. Potential to grow are unlimited.

Job Purpose:

Creating relationships, Sells Real Estate/ Sells the appointment by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales; Financing paperwork; administrative work; Internet Sales; Answering Sales leads phone calls.

* Understands Real Estate by studying characteristics, features; comparing and contrasting competitive benefits.

* Develops seller/buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-up; meeting prospects at community activities; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.

* Qualifies Sellers/buyers by understanding seller/ buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various Home options; building rapport.

* Demonstrates Plan, Programs, and benefits by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.

* Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects paper work ; delivers keys and closing paper work.

* Provides sales management information by completing reports.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

* Enhances Company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
