Everytable is a Los Angeles-based social enterprise startup that sells fresh, healthy, grab-and-gomeals affordable for everyone. Meals are produced fresh each day at our central commissary kitchen and sold through small footprint, company-operated stores. We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a genuine hospitality experience in our community-centric stores. The person in this role would be responsible for…
Delivering a genuine and warm store experience coupled with the promotion of our mission of healthy and affordable food for all.

Efficient cash handling procedures, and immediately communicating any guest issues or suggestions.

Oversight and maintenance of maximum food safety and sanitation practices including time & temperature, as well as proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Will help the growth of their store by inspiring a strong loyal guest base, and establishing strong knowledge of their preferences.

Managing receiving, proper labeling, and storage.

Representing Everytable, its food, and our clients in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Ideal Candidate Will …
Will have at least 2 years in a similar retail or hospitality environment.

Have or be highly interested in an in-depth knowledge of healthy food & lifestyle.

Enjoy a fast-paced start-up environment.

Los Angeles County Food Handlers certified preferred.

Self-disciplined, and able to work autonomously while also being able to see the guest perspective in every part of our store.

Bi-lingual English & Spanish speaking (nice to have).

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes highly competitive hourly wage & incentives, and, potentially, health insurance (depending on experience).
