BNKR Stylist take the lead in delivering exceptional customer service. They build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer service standards and procedures are upheld at all times.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sales/Customer Service

  • Establishing VIP clients; cultivating great relationships with new & existing clients
  • Adhering to BNKR sales culture by providing exceptional customer service
  • Working & collaborating as part of a global team

Merchandise & Marketing

  • Maintaining merchandising & visual standards
  • Assisting store management with inventory management & procedures
  • Assisting & contributing to store's social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
  • Assisting with in-store events & pop up shops

Loss Prevention

  • Adhering to all register policy & procedures
  • Following all security & safety protocol

In-Store Stylist must have: 

  • Fashion & Apparel Educational Background is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year fashion industry &/or retail customer service experience
  • Eagerness to learn & grow with BNKR
  • Ability to work independently & in team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Keen attention to details & organization
  • Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus
