Plan Check Kitchen + Bar is seeking a skilled and experienced kitchen manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an upbeat hard-worker capable of holding their team accountable and executing with efficiency in all areas of the kitchen. Additionally, they have strong passion for food and ensure that each dish leaving the kitchen is guest-worthy. Here are some things expected of you as a kitchen manager for Plan Check Kitchen + Bar:

  • Minimum 2 years high-volume experience
  • Corporate experience a plus
  • Control day-to-day operations, schedule labor, manage breaks and prevent break violations
  • Be the enforcer of our culture and set the standard for all team members
  • Ensure food quality and 100% guest satisfaction
  • Continuous training and development of all team members through effective coaching and strong leadership
  • Work harmoniously with front-of-house staff and management
  • Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
  • Inventory management and cost control
  • Develop menu offerings and forecast supply needs
  • Constant maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds
  • Maintain standard of safety for all team members and guests
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action when necessary, motivate and train

Candidate must be flexible regarding placement at any one of our restaurant locations
