•Practices proper & safe food handling, storage, receiving, stocking & rotating procedures.
•Previous Pastry Cook experience required.
• Requires speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.
•Knowledge of the goings-on of the back kitchen in receiving the organization of goods is necessary.
