Gulp Restaurant and Brew Pub is looking for the right person to help us grow and expand our company. We are currently looking for a sous chef as well as line cooks at both of our locations in West Los Angeles. This position has the potential to lead to a Kitchen Manager position in the very near future if you are the right fit and possess the skills we are looking for.
An ideal candidate would have experience running a kitchen in a management position, with the ability to run a line, perform inventory controls, manage food costs and waste, and maintain an order guide and food budget.
