As a gastropub concept, our philosophy is founded on simplicity. Creating familiar yet unique food creations and providing impeccable guest service is a challenge we aspire to. Founded by Paul and Dena South, the vision for Clayton Brewing Co. was to serve some of the best regional hand crafted beer as well as California wines to pair with creative food offerings. Clayton Brewing Co would offer the communities of San Dimas Ca. and the San Gabriel Valley an alternative to restaurant chains that welcomes a slower pace and relaxed "kick back” atmosphere.
