About the apartment:
- The apartment is very close to Cal State LA (10 min. walk) and USC Med.
- I-710 is literally around the corner, it takes just a few minutes to get on I-10 and it's only a 10 minute drive to downtown.
- You will have your private room (approx. 170 square feet), including a big closet and a dresser.
- The monthly rent is 600$
- Deposit: 600$
- We share a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom and one private car port (free street parking is also available).
- It's a calm and neat place with A/C and Wi-Fi.
