Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Associate Account Manager to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
:Assist Account Managers in the marketing of existing and prospective clients
:Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
:Assist in preparing pre/post renewal agendas
:Assist in preparing renewal reports
:Prepare Open Enrollment material/packets
:Prepare Open Enrollment presentation (PowerPoint)
:Conduct Open Enrollment meetings (light travel may be required)
:Assist with creating and maintaining internal client accounts/profiles
:Create sales material to present to customers
x200B;Qualifications:
:Previous experience in employee benefits customer service, claims processing, sales or similar background
:Familiarity with working with insurance carriers
:Ability to build rapport with clients
:Knowledgable in Microsoft Office Suite 2007 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word). Strong knowledge in MS/Excel Spreadsheet software required.
