Alltech Security Solutions provides Armed, Unarmed Security Guard and Patrol service, Alarm Monitoring, Access control and CCTV in southern California.
The primary role of the Business Development Manager will be to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
• Prospect for new clients using a variety of techniques, including cold calling and telephone solicitation.
• Maintain a current list of prospects and detailed sales activity in Salesforce.com.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies in collaboration with and under direction of the CEO.
• Participate in trade associations and trade shows, and assist in other promotional efforts.
• Make sales presentations to prospective customers
• Develop and submit proposals and responses to prospect RFQs and RFPs after obtaining pricing and specifications approval from management, as appropriate.
• Develop sales and marketing programs and systems to support the Company's strategic direction
• Develop local market research and competitor analysis
Sales experience required
- Professional with strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Capable and motivated to build relationships
- Must have impeccable communication and people skills
- Possess very professional and fashionable appearance
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork in a timely accurate manner
- Ability to work - No criminal record

Annual Salary Range plus Commissions
