Digital Marketing Specialist.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for implementing all aspects of our ongoing multi:channel marketing efforts, including funnel implementation, optimization, testing, analytics reporting and analysis, promotional calendar coordination, as well as email copy proofing and creating landing page design specifications.

:You love digital marketing, and you are passionate about the tactical implementation and optimization of email and multi:channel marketing funnels
:You have advanced level experience working in CRMs and eMail Marketing platforms, such as InfusionSoft (or similar) and are familiar with all aspects of working in these platforms.
:Youre experienced in implementing and monitoring email marketing strategies designed to improve deliverability, open rate, click rate, etc.
:You are extremely interested in funnel testing and analytics : A/B testing, segmentation testing, and identifying key levers that could produce greater ROI.
:You have experience creating landing page design specifications (instructions for graphic design team) and proofing designer submissions against the specification.
:You are familiar with the fundamentals of online development such as web forms, HTML, PHP, Javascript, API integrations and UTM tracking. You dont need to be a developer, but understanding what these tools can be used for is imperative.

Position Strategic Focus:
:Campaign Implementation and Segmentation: Deploy, monitor and manage email campaigns, lists and list segments for internal programs and offers, as well as 3rd party affiliate promotions.
:Campaign Analytics: Implement, measure, analyze and report on the impact of each of our marketing campaigns and the results of their A/B tests, to determine their effectiveness as a whole, as well as identifying the key levers that should be improved, beginning with initial traffic entry point, all the way through to sales conversion and ascension.
:Promotional Calendarization: Coordination and management of internal and 3rd party promotional calendars for launches, newly deployed programs, events, and content strategies.
:Email Optimization and Proofing: Review and quality assure check emails to ensure marketing messaging is conveyed and delivered clearly to recipients, ensuring messages are sent in proper format on both mobile and desktop, proofreading email copy for grammar, spelling and formatting, as well as ensuring proper link tracking is in place before email is deployed.
:Landing Page Optimization and Proofing: Assist in creating design specifications (instructions for graphic designer) and manage campaign asset creation process through to completion, ensuring each design iteration provided by designer, meets or exceeds the expectation set forth in the design instructions.
