Job Description
Marketing Coordinator

Job summary
Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company product and services and sales supports :
Summary of essential job functions
Creates communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, or other promotional products.
Researches and develops content for publication of products
Creating brand awareness
Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc...)
Follow up on Product lines(i.e. spices, liquid eggs, goat cheese, specialty cheese, prosciutto)
Samples to sales people and boxes for Corporate Chef... follow on progress and feedback
Order specialty sample from vendors(i.e. Fresh Origins, Specialty Cheese, County Fair, Belgioioso, Montchevre, Atalanta)
All Bill backs and Vendor Marketing Programs
Information to sales force
Profiles/Pictures/Information for Produce Pro Web and on:line ordering
Sales Report Card
Project/Analysis/sales/profitability/accounts/product lines etc...(on going)
Liaison with
Vendors/Introduction of New

Minimum requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.2:4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Must have wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution
A proactive self:starter with the ability to work independently and Need strong ability to set priorities, solves problems, and be resourceful under pressure
Sales experience
Marketing experience
Knowledge of basic Produce Pro software (Prefer)
Basic knowledge of Specialty produce (Prefer)
General produce, basic and exotic cheeses, liquid dairy, dairy and assorted frozen and grocery items (Prefer)
:Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
:Knowledge in operation of basic office equipment such as copiers, phones, and printers.
:Good written and verbal communication skills.
:Excellent customer service skills.
:Ability to work in fast:paced environment
:Ability to occasionally to stand, sit, walk, bend and reach throughout the work day.
