Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of industry related experience and possess the skills and talents necessary for the proper execution of the
duties/responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities/duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
* The WSI sales executive will collaborate directly, via the latest cloud based tools and software, with our internal team of design, estimating, and project management professionals to disseminate information gathered in the field to produce solutions and designs that meet and exceed client needs.
* Contacts prospective and current customers to generate new sales of company products and services, leads, relationships, customers, etc.
* Receives customer inquiries, and performs follow up procedures to include providing price quotes, new product information, and receiving feedback regarding company products and services.
* Timely follow up with sales leads generated through company:provided leads, inquiries, incoming calls, advertising campaigns and other promotional efforts.
* Travels to customer locations to determine needs, present company products, services and pricing information in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.
* Develops vertical material handling solution concepts.
* Applies technical knowledge of company products and services to best meet customer needs.
* Creates and presents proposals for and to customers. Maintains appropriate customer records by entering new information into the CRM/ERP system daily.
* Submits appropriate paperwork to management such as expense reports and call reports in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Meets and exceeds sales goals as set by the President and Director of Sales.
* Maintain regular communication with the office regarding open projects, pending orders/deliveries, scheduling, billing, etc.
* Understands and supports company sales policies and procedures to provide superior customer service to all clients from proposal through successful project completion and follow:up to increase customer retention and repeat business.
* Assists and resolves customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of
