Position Summary:


Our sales reps are considered to be some of the hardest working, most productive, respected, ambitious, cool, fun and reliable professionals in the industry.

As a FGSG sales rep you will be representing some of the most reputable cannabis brands to dispensaries. Your job will be to maximize sales in your territory by opening new accounts, creating opportunities, staying on top of leads, cultivating meaningful relationships, training and educating budtenders, sampling and promotional events, inventory management, merchandising and weekly reporting.

Job Description:

• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis.

Open new accounts – Identify and qualify key accounts, set up appointments, and professionally present our brands face-to-face.

Cultivate personal relationships – Continually engage with dispensaries and patients, building trust, brand loyalty and sales through continual face-to-face interaction as well as phone, email and social network.

Training and educating budtenders – Telling our brands’ stories in a passionate and compelling way, educating budtenders about what makes our brands’ products special, and stoking them out!

Sampling and promotions – Develop and execute promos to drive more patients to dispensary accounts and build brand awareness
o Increase brand and product awareness
o Educate customers about our brands’ products
o Encourage trial of products through sampling
o Driving sales through promotional offers
o Push awareness of events through social media

Inventory Management – Stay diligently on top of inventory to minimize loss of sales and increase value proposition to dispensaries.

Merchandising – Ensure that our brands’ products are optimally positioned and merchandised with display units, POP and collateral.

Weekly Reports
– Sales summary
– Lead status
– Identifying trends in the marketplace
– Identifying, creating and capitalizing on opportunities
– Evaluating competition, identifying strategies we can learn from and weaknesses we can exploit
– Providing feedback to services and products
– Constantly taking photos of dispensary staff, patients, products, and happenings related to our brands

Job Requirements

– 3+ years of sales experience
– Valid driver’s license
– Medical marijuana physician recommendation
– Cannabis industry and product knowledge a plus
– Able to pass pre employment background check
