Twentieth is currently seeking top-level sales associates for our Los Angeles showroom. We are looking for individuals with at least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a design related field. All sales positions require the ability to work individually as well as with the sales and management team as a whole. Being a good team player is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain client relationships (both walk in and outreach trade clients).
Develop and skillfully exercise knowledge of Twentieth’s brands/vendors/designers as well as product information.
Maintain a professional and positive presentation and demeanor, including with all written communication.
Cover all aspects of an individual sale from initial inquiry to post-order follow up.
Reach monthly sales targets and objectives as defined by management and company standards.

Requirements/ Skills Needed:

Bachelor degree in Design/Marketing/Business preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in sales required, previous work with interior design/architecture clients preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create and maintain productive relationships with clients.
Ability to close sales and track and achieve goals.
Experience with CRM protocols and processes preferred.
Ability to self-manage as well as work on a team is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficient computer skills including Windows OS and Outlook. Quickbooks experience preferred. Salesforce knowledge a plus.
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude while being professional, efficient and detail oriented.
References required.
