Job Description:
Jewelry sales consultants work directly with customers, helping identify their needs and selling them merchandise. They perform a number of tasks such as presenting accessories and findings, conducting sales, running credit cards, and inspecting merchandise prior to sale. Jewelry sales consultants must use their customer-service skills to effectively make sales presentations and build long-term relationships with customers typically via walk-in customers.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities and Duties Assist the customer in selecting products, answer questions and check for stock and availability. Process payment for products and prepare invoices. Organize and file shipping, receiving, and return documentation. Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism at all times and attend to customer service needs in a friendly and helpful manner when approached. Maintain high customer readiness standards by delivering a clean, neat, easy to shop store environment. Assist with special projects as assigned. Perform other duties as needed.
