Job Description 13;

This position provides a wide variety of office duties for one or more management/specialist personnel. The following duties may apply:
:
Typing, filing and provide telephone coverage
:
Processing mail and ordering supplies
:
Entering and recording employee payroll data
:
Assist in preparation of operational and vacation bids
:
Handling employee requests and inquiries
:
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
:
Process PTRs as required
:
Process employee airport badging and customs seal 13;
Job Qualifications 13;

:
Possess a High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
:
3 years on:the:Job office/clerical support
:
Previous on:the:Job office/clerical experience
:
Minimum typing skills: 35:50 words per minute
:
Must possess excellent office and communication skills
:
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point is required
:
Ability to use SAP, Share Point, COGNOS, Invoice Works, IPAYS, Auto TA and Work Brain
:
Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
:
Required to work rotating shifts including holidays, weekends, day off and extended hours as needed
:
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted privileges to airport security identification display area (SIDA)
:
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority escort badge and/or US Customs security badges if applicable
:
Must be willing to travel on Company business if and when necessary 13;
