We have immediate part time openings for front desk receptionists/coordinators with great communication and multi-tasking skills.
This customer-service based job is for a staff receptionist/office associate to handle client intake and orientation, book appointments in person and on the phone, take payment, and other office tasks. A friendly engaging personality and excellent communication skills are required. You must be organized, energetic, pay close attention to detail, prompt, pro-active and efficient. We are looking for a motivated individual to grow with the business, take leadership, and be a self starter.
Candidate must have typing and computer skills with MS Office. Additional helpful skills include knowledge of social media, Mindbodyonline booking software.
Spa, massage & fitness background and/or education are a plus.
This job requires working nights and weekends. You must be able to commit to flexible work schedules. Occasional work off-site is mandatory.
You must have a reliable car, and live within 30 minutes of West LA -- no exceptions. Please do not apply if you live outside of the greater West LA area.
Hours: This job is part time with a 90 day review - approximately 20 hours/week with starting pay $10 depending on skill set and experience
