Contract Photographer Position Details
o Call time is 3 hours prior to scheduled start times.
• i.e. 7:10pm starts = 4:10pm; 1:10pm starts = 10am
• Approximately 3.5 -- 5 hours per shift, shifts include some evening, weekend and holiday working hours
• Must have a flexible schedule with reliable transportation
• Position requires an outgoing personality willing and capable of presenting services to a large number of people in a short amount of time.
• Be physically fit with a clear understanding that your shift entails being on your feet for long periods of time.
• Comprehensive 3 day training provided
Job Duties
• Providing photography of the fans visiting Dodger Stadium.
• Engage with fans when presenting the photographic services to meet and exceed company sales objectives
o Ability to produce 45-60 unique group photos every hour
• Effectively present the products and services we provide to the fans.
• Maintain positive relationships with Dodger's personnel, other stadium retailers and your coworkers
• Comply with operational requirements
Earning Potential
• Hourly rate earned on a weekly basis via direct pay (or deposit)
• Bonuses for hitting series and monthly goals
• Contests constantly ran to keep the fun and competitive atmosphere going.
