Job Summary

BASIC PURPOSE:

Prepare and balance the hotel payroll, ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed and timely, error-free paychecks and distributed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education: High school education or equivalent experience.

Experience: Accounting background preferred, but not required.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Must have payroll experience.

Knowledge of Enterprise (EV5), Union Contracts, and Workday.

Computer knowledge such as ADP and Timesaver. High volume processing experience.
