My name is Kevin and I'm also a real estate investor like yourself, but with focus on Wholesaling. To me, wholesaling is really fun and I'm all about marketing, making deals, talking with sellers, and then turning around and helping out another real estate investor. I'm not much of a rehabber, what I enjoy doing is making lots of deals with wholesaling. These properties will never be publicly listed. Let me do all the leg work!

- Before I even send you an email about a deal I will always speak with the seller first and get all the information I can from them to make sure they are motivated to sell as well as giving you all the details you need in order to close quickly.

- I am very organized and will never send you anything I know you will not be interested in.
- I am not greedy and prefer to keep my margins small, because I focus on volume. I want to put a win-win transaction together for both the homeowner & you.
