Our style is essentially "hybrid". We have a Memphis-style (St. Louis-cut) rib, a dry-rubbed babyback, brisket and pork that are slow-smoked in Guinness beer, and a sauce that hails from the western region of North Carolina. We have grilled Mexican Tiger Prawns that are topped with a New Orleans-style remoulade and our beets come in cans. If you can classify that, have at it. We just felt "hybrid" summed it up.
